Hoseasons invests in a more sustainable workspace with Lowestoft office move

Lowestoft holiday giant Hoseasons has underlined its long-term commitment to the town after signing the lease on a new office.

The staycation specialist plans to move its Lowestoft-based team to Trinity House, on Riverside Road, after agreeing a deal with owners Essex & Suffolk Water to take over the building’s ground floor.

The move will see 200 team members relocate to the company’s new home less than two miles from its existing Sunway House base, in Raglan Street – it’s East Anglian base for the last 32 years.

Simon Altham, Group Chief Commercial Officer at Awaze – the parent company of Hoseasons – says Trinity House will provide the team with a more modern, comfortable and sustainable working environment.

“Sunway House has been a fantastic base for us over the years,” he says, adding: “But the truth is it’s no longer fit for purpose. It’s time for us to move to a workspace that truly reflects the quality and energy of our team”.

Hoseasons will move into Trinity House from June 2025.

The Essex & Suffolk Water team currently occupying the building’s ground floor will move in with their colleagues on the first floor to make way for their new neighbours.

The move follows Hoseasons’ recent 80th anniversary– and is something Altham believes will ensure the brand continues to go from strength to strength for many years to come.

He said: “The Hoseasons story is one of innovation and never standing still. The only reason we have thrived for as long as we have is because we always look to what’s next. This move puts us in a great position to continue doing that in the town we love and have called home for so long.”
